Hi, Im about to change the fork seals and the forks arent of the frame im using. Im unsure whether they are standard or SP forks.

Is there a way to tell the difference so i put the correct amount of oil in them?

Also i only brained 250ccm / ml from each fork

cheers Col

The sp forks will have adjusters on the bottom of the legs by the wheel spindle & on the top in the large 17mm preload adjusters.
390mm of oil, 97mm air gap for the standard forks. I've used 10w oil in mine.
