superfour high speed crusing

Hi this is my L reg super four fitted with a powerbronze boldor fairing with optional high flip screen for high speed crusing.
I have also changed the gear ratio via different size sprockets to reduce revs at prolonged highspeed crusing.
With fairing and different sprockets i can know sit at 100m.p.h 160kph effortlessly and engine more relaxed revving at just 9,000 revs.
At this speed and revs bike feels so smooth and relaxed rather than being in the take off zone at 10,000 plus revs.
Bike is constantly at these crusing speeds returning 130 miles 210 kilometers from a filled up tank to having to turn tap to use reserve.
Fairing wind weather and noise protection is fantastic as is the very powerfull twin headlights and the incredablie clear mirrors at any speed.
I have lost the rapid acclaration normaly found on super four by changing the gearing but the way bike know sits more relaxed and less revs at 100m.p.h is well worth it.

Bike is pretty much standard apart from k&n air filter fairing obviisouly hagon shocks and carbon fibre tail piece and carbon fibre side panels. HAPPY DAYS.

What sprockets are you running, and how much acceleration is really lost?
I would be intrested to know
Cheers

Re: superfour high speed crusing
Hi rear sprocket dropped to 40 teeth to lower revs and help with petrol and to stop bike sitting at 10,000 plus revs at 100m.p.h crusing.
This is my 11th super four i have had 3 version R 1 version S all the rest just standard super fours i think best way to describe loss of normal rapid accleration is upto 6,000 revs bike feels like its not breathing propaly not quite bogging down but feels abit restricted.
Im a motorcycle courier and do best part of 1000 miles a week so spend a huge amount of time on bike and as this is my 11th super four its the best way i can describe the loss of accleration.
