I charged the battery up the other week and wen I put it back on I ended up blowing the fuse , the fuse is a 30 amp in a round black coil looking thing were the battery lead attaches to ( this coil is right next to the battery, size of a golf ball), it was all rap in black tape , every since iv taken this off the bike lose all power when I riding and I have to unplug this coil and it regains power ? Lose connection or is it worse ?
Will post pic if this makes no sence

That will be the starter solenoid and main fuse.
The solenoid should be held in a rubber holder.
The only way you'll blow the main fuse is by connecting the battery up backwards or earthing the postive lead of the solenoid to the frame.
If your having electrical troubles it sounds like you have a loose connection / duff solenoid.
Is the main fuse a nice tight fit. if its loose the connection will be bad

Thats the one, it sits in a rubber pocket, the fuse fits ok I guess but maybe the tape was to hold the fuse and the plug in a tighter fitting position ,
When the bike loses power the engine still running but no throttle reponse and back fires, ,
Didn't wanna rap it back up in tape, looks crap
