Complete or spares

Hey guys,

Had my NC30 for 3 years now, and have always had a modern bike at the side (2003 R6 and now 2008 R6).

Now I'm looking to purchase a track bike. It seems like NC30s struggle to sell for decent money?

I rebuilt mine a year or so ago and had everything powdercoated, resprayed, rebuilt etc.

The tank needs redoing as there's fuel under the paint, and the side fairing is slightly damaged from coming off at 60mph, rear tyre could do with being replaced - but minus these points everything's great. Forks rebuilt, engine very smooth etc.

I feel that these minor cosmetic points will mean selling it will be difficult and people will expect a low price.

How much should I expect complete and how much could be made by breaking it for parts?

Please help :)

I suppose it'd depend on what i could get breaking it, but was thinking around £1000 in parts. I'll do some sums!

It's been a fantastic bike, and been very reliable whilst I've had it. Rolling road showed a healthy 61bhp. Just those minor things that I think will affect it's sale enough to justify breaking it for parts.

I'll get some pictures etc up when I'm home.
