clutch not disengaging

Hi, my bikes clutch seems to not be disengaging fully when clutch is fully in, i have changed the oil (couple of hours ago), adjusted the clutch cable. If i put the bike in first gear and pull the clutch in while on the paddock stand the rear wheel rotates, if i sit on the bike, off the stand the bike does not push me nor do the revs drop. so not dragging too bad. before i changed the oil i had to blip the throttle to 3k to get to neutral from first, i have read that this is common anyway, so is it common problem for the clutch to still stay slightly engaged on this bike, like i said its only noticeable when on paddock stand, gears changes are good as well, just concerned that if this is not fixed transmission might eventually wear, any-one else have this problem? thinking of changing clutch plates or should i wait see if the oil has done anything? it has already made it easier to get neutral no blipping to 3k required just slips in easy, does it need sorting out straight away or can it be left.
Thanks Sam

most bikes will rotate the rear wheel when in gear with clutch engaged,
what oil did you use? full synthetic?
also if youve over adjusted the clutch then that could also be causing the problems too

i thought they might, but if i put my foot on it to stop it still goes round , used 10w40 part-sys api grade SL

, gonna get a new clutch cable anyway bit too stretched (near end of thread on adjustment at the bit nearest the clutch this i am sure is not the problem), my thinking is that the plates are warped or contaminated, but still unsure

just googled the problem i have, and other bike seem to have the same problem, its just that im not sure if the wheel should stops spinning if i apply pressure to it e.g foot, the speedo is reading about 5-4 mph when it spins on the paddock stand

make sure the cable has been adjusted correctly, my brother in law adjusted it the wrong way, and then fitted a new cable to install it with the locknuts in the wrong place, i then refited his original cable and adjusted correctly and bingo FIXED.
as i said the wheel will spin with clutch engaged in gear on a paddock stand that is normal. it should chugg along, but not excessively, if you hit the rear brake that should do the trick, maybe the foot might not stop it but FFS be carefull of that chain, fucking about with a bike in gear could lose you some skin and much blood, and extremities.
and all NC's (most) suffer with a tricky to select neutral a quick blip on the throttle will see it drop into neutral before the revs drop off to idle,
not sure what oil youve put in as im not clued up with the code word you put there im a leighmans, man!
make(manufacturer) and semi or full would have done the trick, your bike sounds normal so chill pal, take a pic of the clutch cable on the bracket on the geney case,
fully unwind the locknut and adjusted on the clutch pertch/handle bar, and then adjust the clutch at the engine side, you want no pressure on the lever just enough to take the slack out, to much and youll see you revs rise and clutch slip at HIGH RPM dont ask me how i know! over adjusted went to over take and piled the gass on and i hit the limitter!

i have adjusted it the right way with the right amount of free play, as the haynes manual says, it doesn't slip while clutch is engaged. used correct oil as in the bible sorry haynes,
i didnt have a problem with it, i thought it span anyway, its just i told someone and they said "woooo shouldn't be spinning like that" so i panicked

. it didn't harm asking though, thanks for the quick response .
