Ok sooo final problem to my rebuild then its ready to go!

My exhaust blows! Both front collars and also the 3 stud collar!?

Now... Can i replace the collars? And iv tried the insert gaskets and there too big sooo i thinks its the sleeve gasket. Now, my current exhaust has flaky, rusty ends which i presume is the old gaskets? So do the new sleeves go on the end which meets the 3 stud face if not is there a gasket to go in there because my collar is warped and blows!! And i presume they just go in front of collars on the front header pipes?

Its a full system that iv got with scorpion end can.

Cheers!!

No. 1 is the copper crush ring gasket that sits inside the head. I usually smear a little grease on them to make them stick into the port.
You can get them from david silver spares or Rick Oliver on here.

Its the same as 1 but made from a slightly tuffer material to copper. this one also fits like an O ring between the rear manifold (3 stud plate) and the exhaust. ;)
The only other type of gasket are the sleeve type between the front downpipes and the collector box part No.13
