Looking to build up my ex-track bike into a runabout and want to raise the bars. Is there a top yoke conversion available to bolt onto that awkward shaped top yoke?

You could ..... fit up some different forks which would be higher and then use the cip-ons above the top yoke. You could take it further with raised or adjustable (bar angle) clip-ons keeping the look of the bike.

If not you'll need some long risers and cut them at the angle of the top yoke. That will give you a piece to fit bellow the yoke and locate the bolt on. You could conter bore the bolt hole to suit an allen cap head for a nicer finish and a little more security.
