Upgrade nc30 reg/rec to an R6

does anybody know which R6 reg/rec that can be used on a nc30(jap).
I keep hearing of this upgrade but i'm struggling to find out WHICH R6 reg/rec is used any ideas will be great.

yeh man, if you search my posts you will see that i have only just fitted one to my bike and cammo even supplies an image of his fitted. 2003-2006 Model the square type rectifier

it is a better rectifier..simple as that!

I bought what was advertised as an r6 5SL reg rec from eBay and it's turned out to be the six pin model. Does this mean it's not an 03 05 5SL one? Because if the guy has labelled it up wrong then I have grounds to send it back and get my money back as it's fuck all use to me with six pins!
