NC30 randomly dying.

Wonder if any of you can shed some light on the problem I'm having with my NC30.
A few weeks ago I was taking my bike the long way home from work and all of a sudden the bike lost power. Seemed a bit juddery, so I thought it was running out of fuel, turned the tap to reserve hoping the power would cut back in. No power at all, the bike just bogged down. Kicking down gears to keep the revs up did nothing so in the end I pulled the clutch in and it died. Went to collect the bike a few hours later, didn't want to start at first, but eventually kicked into life and ran fine on the way home. Gave it a quick once over, didn't notice anythig aparent and carried on using it for work etc.
Took it to Snetterton last Monday, ran beautifully all day (new track is awesome btw) on the ride back about 5miles from Snetteton the same thing happens again so I have to pull up on the hard shoulder. Police pull in behind me to make sure I'm alright and 10mins later it starts up again. Do about another 10-15miles and same thing happens again so had to push it to a layby. Called up the RAC and they took me home.
Got on the phone to Rick O told me to check the charging system, all seems within spec.
Any ideas whats wrong with it, started first time yesterday and ran fine on idle of 5mins.
Thanks in advance, Phil.
