nc35 carb jetting for a nc30

ive just my carbs ultrasonic cleaned the carbs are on my nc30 whats the main jets i should go for im currently running 118s they seem to big as its running rich and starts with no choke also ive set the needles in the middle groove as they were at the top groove many thanks

What exhaust do you have?
If it's a slip on end can i would run 110's but if it's standard i woudl run 108's

These don't sound like standard rvf needles, standard needles don't use clips to adjust the height, just a single washer.
They might be contributing to your rich running problem. Some aftermarket needles are notorious for poor running/fuelling, try and get hold of some standard needles if in doubt.
Edit: The change you made to the clip position has made them richer! They were previously on the leanest setting.

If your bike starts without choke and runs rich on the idle and low end, it's your pilot screw settings.
