So I guess a lot of you have white wheels on your 30's and 35's. Now they look amazing, most of the time, mine are covered in brake dust and general muck. How do you lot keep your wheels clean? whipping off the wheel tomorrow to sort out my rear brake, so just thought is there anything I can put on it to keep it whiter for longer? or do I have to keep on top of cleaning them?

If you're going to use wheel acid, don't leave it on too long or you'll have little splats of white paint up your V-piece!

This tip FOC from me, whose housemate did the same on his 600SRAD.

After you have cleaned the wheels to near perfections, wd-40, wonder wheels etc etc wash them off fully and build up 3 or 4 coats of wax with a good wax compoud.

This will making cleaning them 100x easier

I use meguiars gold class stuff as its clear and you can build it up quite hard with a bit of practice, after-which the road grime and brake dust wash off the wax rather than stick to the wheel itself
