I will be at home at the start of May and with SFA so might as well make another video.
I need to replace a fork seal and put on braided lines but also want to put rubber grease on the piston seals too.
Does any one have any requests, apart from valve clearances! Once was enough for me

Can you do one on "how to treat women"?
I have no fucking idea and would like some tips!
There is always fork strip and rebuild, follow cammo's carb sticky or even suspension set-up with either early or late type forks.

forks would be good and although i dont need it, caliper rebuild might help some people

Yeh, i will 2nd that?
Front fork strip down, rebuild (oil, seals) and setting them up to suit rider (if later type forks). I would like to be able to do this servise myself, a guide from you will be a massive help?
Im interested in buying an upgrade kit, would appreciate any help/guide with fitting those correctly in the near future

If you get the Rick oliver upgrade kit it comes with simple, easy to follow instructions. I was scared of doing the forks and upgrade but it was straight forward. I always say ill take my time doing stuff, then get carried away and the garage get in a mess and it makes everything harder to do!!!
For example - One of my fork legs fell over and spilt new fluid everywhere while i was cleaning the top nuts because i was unorganised and rushing!!
Some tips from what little work ive done would be:
Get a Haynes manual!
Replace the bushes, oil seals and dust seals with OEM Honda stuff, its a false economy to buy cheap stuff from my experience. I have just checked the cheap fork seals i replaced on my bike a few months ago and they are badly cracked, and i havent even used my bike yet!!
Get organised - clean and prepare an area to work around with all the right tools to hand and parts laid out in order for easy removal/installation. Stop and tidy if things are getting messy and
take your time!!
Read up - Get enough info on the job so that you feel happy trying it. I go though the task in my mind so im clear on what needs doing and what to expect or problems that might occur.
I would quite like a video on - carb cleaning/servicing, Radiator cleaning/flushing, Fitting GSXR Conversion kit.

Declan, I think a vid demonstrating all of the electrical system checks would be a useful and popular resource.
Many newbies seem to have trouble understanding what to do when written, but watching it it's very easy.
Not as difficult to make either as the valve clearance vid!

I think a lot of people would benefit if there was a video on balancing the carburettors with the throttle butterflies using a feeler gauge/drill bit... which is really just as a good as a vacuum gauge but a hell of a lot easier.

seriously, keep em coming they are very educational. maybe slip in some subliminal advertising at the same time, t shirts, stickers, music etc etc or try and get as many song titles into the video as poss and see who can spot them all
