cbr 1000 reg / rec - nc30?

i have a cbr 1000 reg / rec i bought for my blade to replace the faulty one, i have found out today this is the wrong one as it has five wires not the 6 / 7 my rec has.
whats the chances this is suitable for the vfr reg / rec mods? it has five wires ( not that you can see them very well in the pics ), three yellow, one red & one green. do we reckon it would be suitable?
if so i will sticj it in the for sale section as it is no use to me, i have had the fazer rec turn up today and i have fitted that to the vfr.
