i know, should get about 10bhp from them, plus about 16 from the gold powerbands i added, meant to give it a bit more grunt off the line....
luckily i'm joking, but surely someone with a haynes manual can give me the oil and coolant amounts?

Coolant has a min/max line and to check oil undo dipstick, clean then put back in the hole without screwing it in, again, has a min/max mark on the dipstick.
