I know theres a lot on this, however there is currently a rear shock on ebay:

Do you think its worth paying more for this when I could just get a CBR600 or GSXR600 spring for cheaper? The battery box has to be moved slightly for both anyway, but I think this one has a better spring rate for the VFR

If you get a cheaper standard cbr or gsxr shock then you've still gota buy a spring so why not buy this one?

O, so people are paying a hefty premium for this, I hope the suitable spring is attached! The bidding is now up to £163

Has anyone tried fitting a Triumph Daytona/Street triple rear shock, I hear good things about handling and quality with these bikes. Were can I find dimensions?

Get a ohlins cataloge, they give you eye to eye mesurements, stroke, and spring rate(in ohlins code).
However i can not see how all this mods are working properly withot revalving. Most shocks have longer stroke than NC´s, so valving should be off.
NC stroke: +-38mm
cbr600rr: 59mm
GSXR. 63mm 74mm
