Ive noticed over the last few weeks a small oil patch at the rear of my bike (only a minute amount)

I deceided i would take a look and the rear shock seems to be the cluprit here

Are there either anyways of refurbishing this shock myself or are there any alternatives out there off other bikes that will fit.

Please bear in mind im very low on cash at this moment in time so cant go affording £300 aftermarket parts.
