Took the bike out last weekend and i noticed at high speed around 80-110 (ahem Mr officer ) I was getting a steady vibration right through the bike. The wheels are balanced but I have noticed that the bt090's have started to wear flat ( 6 months ) already and I have done very little miles really , I have never felt this before but it seems to be coming through the frame , has anybody any clue as everything is nice n tight and torqued correctly

Could check your chain and alignment, this may give the vibration you have another possibility could be wheel bearings. I have the same Pirelli Diablos that I put on 2 years ago, and apart from the snowy weather I use the bike nearly every day, around 10000 miles so far, front and rear , the rear does however have that flat spot, mainly due to motorway riding. Will need to change the rear by the summer I suppose.

I have a new chain and sprockets on there now so didnt think about that one but was pretty thorough when I checked the alignment when I put it all back together ( tape measure to swing arm etc ) , I will pop it into the local bike shop to get double checked as thinking about it this is the only area where it could possibly be.

could be something simple like your wheel or wheels are out of balance, sounds like that anyway

Or wheel or sprocket carrier bearings.

sprocket carrier bearings would make a real horribly crunching sound as your riding along wouldnt neccaserally give a wobble at high speed. my carrier bearings have mangled themselves and mine didnt wobble just made a horrible sound.
Wheel bearing is a possibility, but i would check wheel balance first

On a 600 divvy I had one shred itself and exit as swarf over the chain. By the time it was that bad it certainly gave some vibrations!
That's the problem with don't-care-about-it hacks, the usual method of diagnosis is to wait til the problem becomes very apparent.
