GSXR not running right

Hi guys, Back again,
When I took my bike out the other day it was running perfect for the first run out to Diss, then on the way back it felt like it went down to 2 cylinders. I have changed the coils on it and it did the same thing again. I have found that every time I took it out I need to recharge the battery. Can this be a cause of it running on 2 cylinders as it needs a good charge in the battery?
Cheers,

1st put a volt meter on the battery when its running .Had this problem on mine once and found i had a fuel line routed wrong and fuel supply couldnt keep up because pipe was kinked. Check simple things first.

Just checked the battery, it had 11.4v when it was off and after warming it up and running it, it ended up with 11.74v in the battery.
Maybe the fuel lines and slightly too long. One pipe is pretty long anyway.
Any other ideas?

Cheers,

Do you get higher voltage reading at high revs try around 6000rpm would expect to get about 14v .

This one has been problems and lots of money since I have had it. Mostly carb problems as well.
I just want it running because I want to track it this year as the Sentterton track has been changed.

I will, its having a paint job at the moment, so hopefully while the panels are being done I can crack on with it and do the lot in one hit, including downpipes. lol Rusty old things at the moment.
I'm not sure but I think with the carbs over fuelling the engine as they STILL haven't been set up because every time I get the bike running something else wants to go wrong, this might sort it out. Maybe?!?

When you get downpipes off have a good look at the 4into1 joint ended up cutting mine in half to fix a hole in the middle of the four pipes before welding colector pipe back on.
