I have this part






I have looked at the parts manual but i can't figure out where it fits.

Does anyone have a clue where should this one fit and what's its use

The bike is a nc35. Any photos of one already fitted would be very helpful.

That fits to the left side of the frame; foam bit on the inside. I think it's a heat/noise barrier thingy.

Looking at your second photo, that's how it fits with one bolt securing that big hole and a 'push-fit' popper type thing on the small hole at the top, which goes in a hole underneath the frame spar.
