rvf build - it lives

ok so, i am about to start building an rvf.
i have an rvf race bike in the garage that i was going to put back onto the road at the end of this season (2011),
but it came from japan as a race bike so it has never been regesterd - so the easiest way to go about it was to
buy a regesterd frame.
then as i started to get such parts like a road loom, standard sub frame, etc
i thought "i could just build one". and so it began.
i have decided to go down the race rep route.
those of you that know me will not be suprised that i will be building a replica of joey dunlops 1999 hukrc RC45.
joey was and is a hero of mine - not just for his racing, but for the engeineer, the charitable and the humble man that he was.
i hope you enjoy the thread as i progress through the build.
