bought a second hand lower rad with fan and the connections seem to be different..connected it somehow but the fan is now running all the time when I switch the ignition on...anyone know how to connect the fan? Thanks..

ok but where does the green one go? because I connected it to the fan switch along with the black cable and its running with ignition on...

the green wire goes the the fan bracket, the radiator thermo/switch closes to supply a return path for the current to flow to earth when up to temprature.

ok so the green goes to the fan bolt? But I got a black cable running to the connector from the fan bracket...

the blue and black goes to blue and black one I know that..

and the black one...?

Could it be you have an rvf fan and it's wired differently

yes I think it is, the fella who send me the rad inc fan said I can send it back to him and he could send me a different one...is there anyway I could connect this one...hate postage timings..
