A weekend spent in the garage - and browsing and getting inspiration from this place - has convinced me that my VFR400 could do with some TLC. Nothing major but a refresh of all those little bits and pieces that have begun to age the bike.

A search on this forum for the right paint codes was inconclusive - so I just wondered if anyone had the appropriate paint codes to match the 'brown' colour on the engine casings and fork leg lowers?

The fork leg is Max Brown Metallic YR147.
The silver fork is Sparklefrost silver metallic NH 236.

I tried to find the silver at a large local paint supplier with hundreds of codes including those used by Honda, but the silver fork code was not listed.

You may have to the same as me and take the leg to the paint supplier and look at the paint colour books to match up with yours, assuming it is original paint.

Never found the engine paint code, but I think there is a car paint that matches [Citroen?]
