I have notice when i hit a bump there is a slight knock. I believe its coming from one of my forks. If I push up and down the is a light knock only a start and end of travel any ideas ? Or is something else loose ?

Mudguard brackets
Take em off and put some electrical tape round the fork or get new ones

Either head race bearings or fork internals if you've ruled out the brackets, possibly the bushes

I changed the bushes on my CB-1's original forks, surprising how much freeplay worn bushes can introduce to the equation.

When you say brought some all done, what exactly has been done to them?

They were all refreshed last year or may be year before and used for track racing. I bought them off a member

Most riders/owners will consider oil and seals as a refresh, a lot don't bother with bushes. To be honest they don't very often need doing, so it's fair enough.
Worth you checking *exactly* what was or was not done.
