Is there a knack to getting the tank on without it moving once fitted? Or is this normal for the nc30. Have quite a bit of play up the front once its all fitted.

jamie , it could be the front rubber where it fits into the frame behind the headstock has dropped inside would take tank off and check it. there should be no movement at the front of the tank side to side if its located correctly .

See I have the rubber bit at the back for the seat but nothing at the front, where would the rubber bit at the front fix to? I thought there should be some sort if rubber bit to stop movement at the front.
Thanks.

jamie, it fits onto the top of the metal bracket at tank front and between the tank front edge its an awkward bastard to get fitted 9 times out of ten it falls out when reffiting a tank , might be worth taking the tank of the bike and have a look with a torch behind the headstock on the frame had them fall down there myself :?: if not pretty sure someone on here might have a spare lying around they would sell if you put a wanted in the for sale section.
