Spark plug thread size?

had a quick search on the forum but couldn't find the thread size and pitch, could someone help me out, as i'll be buying a compression tester this weekend.

8mm but not sure about the thread, my comp tester came with adptors for all plugs and threads. Gunson i think the make is

i believe some are this 1/8 NPT

npt stands for "national pipe thread"

i know the CBR125 uses this thread,

as does the caliper retaining pin on the VFR.

if my kit doesn't come with the correct size adapter, i'll just knock one up from and old spark plug :)

My GUESS would be M10 x 1.25 (fine), will take a look tonight if you want.

Hi, i think there 8mm metric fine. Have you tried NGK website see if specs are on there?

Thanks for the help guys, one step closer to getting my compression gauge now :D
This will establish whether or not i'll rebuild the internals on my engine.
