front sprocket..

it wont budge!

not a sausage... any ideas guys? witch way should i be trying to losen it? ive done them before on diffrent bikes in the past and not had this trouble-is why i ask, it had me stumped after much trying untill my fingers were numb and it was almost dark out and i gave up, this was before it started to snow alot and i havent been at it since and its bugging me! so any advice would be awsome! thanks!

As far as I can remember - they are just normal right-hand threads.

Try squirting a load of WD40 in there and leaving it to soak in over night.

It can also help if the rear wheel is spinning up as you try loosening it, to get someone else to sit on the bike and hold the rear brake on.

An extension on your wrench will get it off quicksmart.

my old abba stand died so I kept the handle as a breaker bar - works a treat

i will try the braker bar thingy, ive had someone on the back brake and lots of wd, will try harder and at least its lefty loosey then lol means at least i havent been trying to tighten it :P cheers for th replys ill see what i can do! :D
