I am going to treat my RVF to Rick Olivers fork kit as well as his resistor to unleash the top end.
Whilst I am at this, is there any other maintenance you should tackle when the forks are out etc.
Would you recommend servicing/replacing any other bits - fork seals for example?
Where is the best deal on head bearings at the minute?
Looking forward to some tips.
Cheers

If you can get the front wheel and forks off the ground it's worth checking the headrace bearings.
How many miles has the bike done?
Unless your fork seals are weeping/leaking or you want to change them, personally i would leave them alone for the time being.

Check the headstock bearings for play and notchiness, get the front end off the ground and see if the yokes go from lock to lock smoothly. If they stick or stop they're probably ruined (I say probably I had a set in my CG that actually stopped, a quick re-grease later and they were fine though) if they're fine you could re-grease them, just to keep them smooth, then adjust them up.
I just bought a set of Koyo's from A&R Racing on evilbay now £31, but I got them for £25. The only ones cheaper on there are Pyramid bearings from PKN, and I've heard bad things about them (wrong seals, metal flash left in the rollers) so you might aswell get the Koyo's and if you need seals get them from Honda (£4.50 for the lower and I think about £2.75 for the upper)
