My 3tj with full micron system????
Hi there
thought I would post a picture of my 3tj with what I was told was a full stainless micron system but thought you guys might have more of an idea as to what the headers are from as some people thought that micron never made a full system.

And from the side view.....

Let me know what your thoughts are on system etc?????
Im debating whether to put standard front pipes on and reconnect the exup valve. The exup motor is still on as you can here it when you switch the bike on, how hard would it be to reconnect if I got standard headers? I do have some cables just wasnt sure how hard, easy it would be.....
Once again thanks for any help guys.

Re: My 3tj with full micron system????
It's a 600 system. The fairing should meet and be fixed at the back.
It shouldn't be a problem to put the original header pipes on - spray the ehaust studs with petrating oil over a couple of nights first just to make sure. The exhaust nuts should be about 20mm long so they cover the studs, undo all of them a 1/4 turn first then undo each nut. You need to adjust the cables but it's not difficult, just do them up no more than finger tight.

One thought, is there any other 400 or 600 fzr pipes that will fit or does it need to be 3tj?

Well theyve been slightly butchered anyway as can be seen when fitting the 600 pipes.... Im sure someone will have a set of 3tj pipes... What size inlet is the link pipe bit, just so I can look at tail pipes.
