Hey guys am currently sorting out the forks on my nc23 (fork seal leak) and was wondering how much oil i put back into the forks ect? also how much would a fork upgrade set me back?

leave a 120mm airgap...you measure that with out the spring fitted,and the fork fully compressed...ring graeme france to get a set of springs suited to your weight...it doesnt cost that much,and makes a world of differance
