Does anybody know if there is such a thing as a grab handle that can be fitted to the bike , I keep using the seat strap if I need to pull the bike about but dont think it will last if it carrys on Trouble is I have to physically pull the rear of my bike round to get it in an out of my shed but there isnt a lot to hold on to

Do you have an nc23 or 29? On the 23 the pillion foot pegs fold under the rear fairing I'm not sure if it's the same on the 29, but using them might be a good idea.

got an nc29 , the rear pegs fold under as per the 23 but I didnt think of that one

What I use is some doubled up rope between the back wheel, pick the bike up from the rear and point in the direction needed, I have to do this every day, bike in and out.

My mate used to make them for all the 400s, unfortunatly he doesn't make them now. Here is a picture of one of his bikes with the grabrails he used to make, it might help in the design for you if you want to make your own. One good thing about that grab rail is that you could take it off and use it as a wheel lift, front or rear.

That would have been spot on and doesn't look out of place either does it , but I will give the rope a go. cheers

I use the pillion seat strap, hasn't given up yet. Besides if it does, another seat isn't expensive.

Yep from what I remember they looked ok fitted, they were called "Jack on the Back" Because of their wheel lift abilities, and he sold quite a few, even got a piece in MCN about them, unfortunatly he gave up on them but not because they were not selling, he actually couldnt keep up with the amount of sales.. But for moving your bike, the rope should do, just be careful you dont over balance on the side with no stand.
