The thing to remember is that the Japs do head-to-thread sizes differently to us normal peeps. For instance, they don't use anything 13mm, it's 12mm instead.
IIRC, a 14mm head on a bolt in Jap terms is an M10 thread and most likely 1.5mm pitch
EDIT: yes that's right, it's 1mm smaller than UK size, ours is 15mm for an M10.

Sorry can't help with sizes but this may save you time trying to find out what size they are, and then save you a trip to a fasteners shop?

They do do some things a bit different, but there are several 13mm bolts on the nc's!

The original are M8 flanged locking nuts with 14mm head, but the latest type have a reduced head size.
The washers are extra thick, but don't buy genuine, at £2 each.

Metric Bolt Head Size.. very useful.
This is printed out on my wall in the workshop.
You want to look at the Bolt Size (Which is the M size, i.e. M8) and then look at the JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) to get the bolt head size.
As you can see, an M8 has a 13mm head in ANSI (American) and DIN (German) sizes, but a 12mm JIS size (which is what our beloved Honda's use.)
