Pretty sure Lasse did it on his pimped out moto.
Have a read of the "Big Rad finally" thread.
Think Veniom51 (Ken) did it as well...he also has a good thread about his bike.
Neo is also up on that electrickery stuff...come on down lad..

There a doddle to wire up and i've used them to great effect on my 24 and ZXR400, they save a lot of weight, plug leads and you can ditch the original coils.
The NC30 uses 8mm plugs though so I don't know if the screw top on the plugs is also smaller than the 10mm plugs.. if it is I dont know if they'd still fit, you'll have to try them.
CBR600RR coils fit perfect on the 24 and would be a good place to start.. you need the loom for them too.
It's really easy to wire them up on bikes that use wasted spark (2 coils) like the NC30.
[+]-----[Coil 1]-----[Coil 2]-------[-]
[+]-----[Coil 3]-----[Coil 4]-------[-]
Each stick coil has two wires and each original coil has two wires to feed it (i've called them + / - but polarity isn't important)
You wire one of the origianl coil leads to a wire on the stick coil, you take the other wire from that stick coil and wire it to one of the wires on the other coil, the spare wire on this coil then goes to the other wire from the coil feed, in effect you make a loop.
You then put these two stick coils in place of the plugs that were driven by that coil and do the same with the others..
