speed limiter ?

Evening folks ..... whilst having a gentle ride out sunday I got the bike up to around the 105mph ish very quickly 
with plenty of rev range left , this is the first chance I have had to open it up since getting it back on the road but can anyone tell me when the limiter is supposed to kick in ( cant see a de-resrictor fitted anywhere ! ) ?
