save your money. you could buy a nice good condition full power bike for that. give me 14 and you can have mine no problem

No bike is worth 14 grand.
For that much you could buy a 400, a 600 and supe them both up into beastly machines.

In your opinion, however it seems certainly in the RC30's case if you dont want it, there are 10 people behind who will take it.
Seriously though, and not just because i have one, if they were still around 7 - 8k now for a good used one, and around the same money as a new superbike, they are worth that. still a very useable and fast bike even today. but they offer something that i think all new superbikes lack - dont know what it is, but new bikes leave me feeling a bit cold, also factor in, a good used RC30 wont lose money if looked after and will climb in value.

id happily spent £14k on your RC30 paul, but im skinto!

And in 3 years time you will have a bike thats worth 4-6K, buy a RC30, get a cool bike and in 3 years time it will be still worth at least 14K.
Thats why I wont buy a new bike ever again
