i have noticed there are no holes for the switch gear lugs, i assume i just cut them off on the switch gear but will this not make my switch gear a little loose?

The switch gear lugs snapped on my NSR and I stuck a thin sheet of rubber between the bars and switch gear and it held it fine. Bit of a bodge job really.
Shame you have to 'break' the switch gear

i think i may just bore some holes into the bars where the old holes are.

ill just measure them off the old ones.

How much do the standard ones weigh in comparison?

not a bad price, hell of alot cheaper than the ses clipons
