The little things like the fairing infills ect look old and dated, is there any product out there that will bring them back up like new or is it easyer to just get them sprayed?

Get yourself down halfords and get yourself some back to black and apply it with a clean cloth.
Works wonders on any tired plastic bumpers etc

try heating them up (gently!) with a hair drier, used it before on some plastic bits and it came up ok. You could get some carbon ones though

i have been looking at the carbon ones but £100 seems abit steep, and i need some new forks and other bits before i start buying stuff like that.

i use Tesco's own dash spray and over time it does darken things down, maybe you should just hang in there with the likes of back to black and it'll pay off. but i'd steer clear of painting them.

in agreement royster re painting them the last thing you want is them looking like a 10 min job some boy racer has done on his bumpers with a halfords plastic paint . but if they are badly bleached this is really good stuff providing you prep the plastics thoroughly getting all the old wax silicon off first .

bike spray, the stuff that comes in a black tin with muc-off kits. works a treat on black plastic - have used it on everything from bike parts to under car bonnets and it works a treat.
