I'm currently slowly stripping and starting to rebuild my NC30. I am currently trying to disassemble the rear caliper however the pad retaining pin seems to be in pretty tight and i can't get enough force on it to get it to budge.
I believe its the screw on the far right of the pic above the bleed nipple. Correct?
Any suggestions please?

Have you tried wobbling the pads and pressing down on them while trying to undo the pin? The pad spring will put pressure onto the pin making it difficult to undo.

That is the blanking plug, the allen head pad pin is beneath it.
I undo both with the caliper on the bike to hold it steady, but clamp the caliper in the vice and use an impact driver to shift it, the pad pin can be tight as well, so make sure the allen key is a good fit.
Coat parts wth copper slip prior to assembly.

Put it back on the bike so you can get leverage on it! Careful not to chew it-if you do your snookered!

Cheers guys all sorted now pad retaining pin has now been removed using a cordless makita drill.
Next job is to remove the caliper body from the two sliding pins on the caliper mount.
Should it slide straight off the pins because it doesn't want to.

It just pulls apart! the rubbers hold it, if your seals are gone you'll find they wont go back together well without replacing the seals..
