hi , im normally found in the fzr section but i dont own one anymore im now in love with honda. i have a couple of questions about the 29 swing arm, basically im looking at getting one for my vfr750 but i'd like to know if it will fit first before i waste my time and money, does anyone know ideally if it will fit (mines an 86 bike with the conventional swing arm) but im guessing that will be very unlikely, or what the distance is between pivot and spindle (min max) and how wide it is at the pivot and spindle, im trying to make a silk purse from a sows ear and on the cheap so any information would be greatly appreciated, also if you have the diameters of the spindle and the pivot bolt that would be great. thanks in advance.

Unfortunately i can't give you any answers but there are a few on eBay which are around £30. Cheap so not too expensive to try out i guess. You need someone to give you some dimensions if they have a spare doing nothing but collecting dust...

bought one off fleebay and the guy was round the corner from me so happy days, only thing is do they all have the crap welding that holds the 2 main pieces together?
