Does anyone know what the diameter of the exhaust at the end of the mid-pipe is on an NC35? A friend of mine is stripping a bike that has a Sato GP canister on it, thinking about playing around with it and fabricating something. My bike is down for a bit and I'm in quite the mood to tinker.

Measured at the silencer inlet, 60.5mm external, 47mm internal.

There is an inner and outer pipe (both end at the same point) which is why there is quite a difference! Not sure what it would be if you were to chop off the 3 bolt exhaust mounting.

Does someone make a mid pipe for the NC35 that I can buy cheaply? I just took apart the exhaust and see what you are talking about, I would rather not cut the factory part if I don't have to.
