hi people i no this isnt for 2 stroke but i dont no what else to do im stuck and i need your help, i brought a new exhaust system from jap 4 performance it fits perfect but its a 150cc system for a NSR 125, i started the bike up just before i put the new system on but when i put it on it started up for about 15 20 seconds then i gave it abit of throttle and then all of a sudden it just flooded and cut out know it wont even start with the old exhaust back on, i don't no what else to do i would like to fix it myself if im capable, im thinking it might need rejeting or just adjusting the carbs?. thanks clayton

theres a guy that floats about in the nsr section called asainard and he knows his shit when it comes to NSR's..
Im pretty sure he'd be ble to advise.

Try www.bikechatforums.com as well. Plenty of NSR problems/fixes on there. Asainard is aka as Alains on BCF. He is the NSR guru. Have you tried bumping it?

Hi i'd try a new spark plug, and clean the carb out.

lol, nsr125 was my first bike 8 years back. tool me 2 months to build up the guts to tighten the chain, things take time with the nsr, haa haa. i must mention i also broke the chain adjuster aswell
