well this original thread was me gloating ablout my new motor lovingly built by one of our very own forum members.

well I have now posted some pics and the full spec of the bike which is now 99% complete and hopefully if it works a vid.

total strip down all bearings and gearbox checked, rehoned bores, high comp pistons, skimmed head, Quetning gears removed (obviously with the skimmed head) total loss.

thats it I think coupled with the Ram air, HRC CDI and Beet system thats about as far as I can go without loosing reliability.

440cc would have been a nice touch...knife edge and polished crank(ooo that gives me a chubbie)lol
how much was skimmed of the head if you dont mind me asking?

yeah it would have been nice but its not for racing...sorry no idea how much was skimmed as the pistons had to be taken in consideration as well.
