Hey people,

New here and have to say this is an awesome forum. Lots of knoladgable people, with brains i need to pick lol!!
Anyway whilst doing a major revamp with the nc30 i decided new bodywork was in order and really liked the look of what the people over at motoplastic.ru have done. Unfortunately i cant get hold of them, so im looking for alternatives......or a vendor if there is one.

Im almost certain its a mockup of R1 bodywork, but i dont think any R1 fairing will match up quite right so im looking for any ideas on the matter. Not too keen on Tyga kits really, and i like to be different so original style just doesnt fit me.

anyway, if anyone has any ideas please jump in. ;)

Interesting, I've never seen the motorplastic fairings before. I like the GSXR tail, would look good on a racebike. I'm not sure how many people would be keen to put an R1 front fairing on a Honda, but to each his own. At least it's something different which I can appreciate, just not my cuppa tea.

Im sure that guy posted his bike on here a while back, dont remember it getting that much praise but for what it is i think it looks ok. One of the better looking aircraft type fairings about. Looks pretty easy to do aswell, just a K5 1000 rear end bonded to the NC panel, and a complete R1 nose and side panels. No doubt a little trimming and custom brackets needed.

I cant help thinking that kit would look a lot better with USD forks tho.

Yes, USD forks are on my "to do" list, probably some 600rr forks with the yoke conversion. Or might just drop rvf forks in there, depends how my budget pans out.

Not too fussed about the rear, i'll probably remove the subframe completely, and run a bobtail look (fueltank - seat - nothing else), but need something modern up dront to go with it. Any ideas what year R1 fairing? From the site the fairing looks to be one piece (ish) and somewhat trimmed compared to standard R1 bodywork.

I remember this too. He was trying to put an R1 tail on and the seat looked too big. The padding was about half way up the tank because it was too thick. Good effort though.

LOL guess im the only one who like it
Well i cant get hold of them, so i might just look into the tyga Sazuka style i was looking at originally. Probably cheaper too!!
