Hi lads got a nc23 and recently when I get to 8000 rpm the bike wont pull properly and sounds likes its runing on three if I am on full throttle, If I let the revs build on part throttle it will pull through but badly, I have just changed the downpipes but there not really major performance pipes just replacements for the standard ginger holy ones, I cleaned the carbs and all the floats are moving free, anyone got any ideas?

sounds like it starving itself of fuel - check the main jets and also the diaphrams in the carbs! what condition are the spark plugs in?
