For us mere mortals who can't access pictures when we're at work, you'll have to give us a clue Gareth.

OK, the nupdate goes as follows. Carbs are set to what they need to be,
135's all round,
3 turns out on the a/f screw,
All stacks removed,
0.5mm washer added,
Float and slide breathers are plumbed back into the air-box,
Small air holes are blocked up,
Fuel pump wired in and working,
Battery and reg/rec fitted and then,
Glug, Glug, Glug, Glug, Glug, Glug, brummm, brummm.
The sad part is though, the front right carb pissed fuel out all over the garage floor. I took it out to see how it rode and I couldn't get it past 4,000rpm before it died, so the carbs are off again to get cleaned and re-check the float heights as well as have the new float bowl gaskets fitted too (they were a fully working carb, but they were in my road bike and it's been running RVF carbs, these ones have probably sat for about 18 months in a box so a strip and clean is in order)
Here's a few more pics of the progress so far,

This set-up is all complements of Chrisxr on here. He is the guy that runs DynoPro Racing and his results have showed no difference with and without the stacks (although there is a little gap between the carb unit and tray) so I suppose no stacks is OK. At least I know the bike fires and runs (all-be-it poorly at the minute) but I can't see anything stopping me from getting it right. I just have to get the silicone out and start sealing stuff up correctly. The carbs are all balanced correctly, but are definately needing a clean. Hopefully it'll all be sorted and running fine by the weekend (fingers crossed)
