i was just wondering whether the nc23 and nc29 wheels are interchangable, i know the 23's are lighter but my friend likes the 6 spokes on the 29 more.

also does anyone know anywhere he could get a rear seat cowl?

I'm pretty sure the nc23 & 29 front wheels are interchangeable not sure about the rear.

Try ebay for seat cowls or try Graeme France on the forum.

Also does anyone know whether the oe nc23 exhaust system is stainless?
And did ethos make a system for it?

not sure about ethos, certainly never seen one.

The oe system was mild steel. I know as the headers corroded right through and snapped off when I tried removing them

It's just my mate just got a 23 and it's got a ethos can and mild steel system, so it may be standard.

You can fit a NC29 rear wheel to a NC23, I believe you just have to use the NC29 brake disc, sprocket carrier and cush drive rubbers. NC23 front wheel is said to be lighter, but I'd imagine that of the rears the NC29 is lighter due to its smaller size.

Standard headers will be painted black.
