Is this the right r6 shock for the known swap?

I just purchased this:

Can anyone confirm if this is the right one to do the known mod to the 3en2 FZR400. My understanding is I need some spacers or something. Any help/specifics or confirmation that I've purchased the right part (is an 07 R6 shock) would be much appreciated.

My mate is bringing it back from his holiday for me.

Yea that's the right one. You'll need 2 x 5mm wide spacers up the top with a 10mm dia hole drilled through since the top shock mount is 10mm narrower. You will also need to round the lower shock mount so that it clears the suspension knuckle and since this shock is slightly shorter than the stock one some 10mm longer dog bones should be used. I'll take some pics of mine and post them up later.

Spacers; ignore the stepped down section on the left(red) that is for the fzr600 which uses a 12mm bolt, the fzr400 uses a 10mm bolt which is the same size as the r6, you only need the green section.

This is were you have to grind the shock slightly so it clears the knuckle

these are of the top the arrow points to where the spacers sit

Dog bones; The longer one is stock the other ones are 10mm shorter.
