Tyga Can Wont Fit My RVF

Hi all,ive had nc30's/35's for a few years but havent done much with them to upgrade untill lately.
So if this seems rookie im sorry, I really want to put the Tyga Maggot can on my RVF but the Maggot can is too big. I dont want to sell it on rather modify the RVF exhaust system to take it.
Now i think my RVF has a HRC system on it and where the system meets the can,two exhaust pipes plug into a three way exhaust section the third exit pipe leads to the can/silencer.
Im hoping its possible to buy another three way section which has a larger exit port to fit the larger tyga can.
If this is daydreaming and not possible has anyone got a neat and tidy fix for me as i realy hate my current carbon lookalikey raspy can. Thanks for any replies

You need a link pipe as the Tyga can is 2" diamiter and the other system is smaller.
I am guessing from what you have said.

exactly matty boy, im not sure if one exists though!
why are the diameters different on the nc30's to the nc35? Is it possible my nc35 system is a race one and if so why is it smaller, surely a race one is bigger?

hey paddy i got the same issue as you but i have a nc30 just ordereda maggot
my pipe should come tommorrow and i will investigate it also
at the mo working back, i have a fuel end can going to a fabricated steel pipe then joining on to the existing nc30 zaust
it may fit it may not but i would of liked a nice shiney stainless jobbie
its a nitemare but i couldnt afford the full system right now

So your hoping the tyga maggot will fit straight on?
Hope your onto a winner, such a small finishing touch but such a pain in the arse when you get setbacks. I brought a spanner down to the post office to collect my can thinking i could fit it there and hear a descent roar on the way home only to find the tart wouldnt fit...
Was thinking about getting a fabricated pipe into the end of it but think it would ruin the look if it became longer up the bike, needs to be stumpy. I may try slieve a ring onto the pipe and see if the can will snuggly fit onto it,where ill magic these components is anyones

Have you access to a lathe? if so make a top hat insert from the size of the rvf pipe upto 2" fit it in the end of the maggot can, then get a welder or someone with a welder...weld the 2 spring hooks to the pipe and hang the can and then admire your work :D Russ

I have a link pipe from my old NC30 system that is the correct size for the NC30 and will fit the Maggot, can you get a tape out and measure the size of the pipe on your bike and I will do the same to the link pipe that I have and if it will fit you can have it.
I wont be back home until Thursday though.
Also the OEM RVF pipe to end can has a 3 stud/bolt fitting on it so there is no chance that you have a OEM system on there unless some one has cut it for no reason at all.
You only need to cut the VFR system as the exhaust pipe and end can are all one piece and don't split unlike the RVF system, which you can just undo the end can and fit a different one.
We could really do with some pics mate, as that would help out loads.
Matty.
