compleately striped off the bike, when they are copressed they clunk is this normal? sounds to me like there isnt enuff oil (if any) inside but i dont really have a clue when it comes to forks, altho while i have owend them they have never leaked, im unsure what the cause is really should i even be able to push em down by myself?

any ideas?
