hi all,i've recently had my tank resprayed on my nc30(not the underneath)but now there is no fuel running through the tank,i've put petrol in it with out it being connected to the bike and turned the tap to on and reserve but no petrol comes out,i fitted the tank thinking it was due to suction to pull the petrol through but still no joy,i've had the tap out and bypassed the diaphram by removing the spring but now it just leaks from round the seals of the tap,i also forgot to make a note of what pipe went where,my thoughts were,the little pipe is the vacume pipe that goes to the nipple on the tap,the pipe that goes over the top of the airbox goes to the nipple under the tank near the front and i think this is right (lol)the pipe that goes to a junction that has a pipe each side of it that go to the carbs is the main fuel feed pipe that goes to the tap,i also seem to have about 5 breather pipes comeing out the bottom of my bike,is this normal?,please please could you bail me out as i want to get it running before i put the rest of the fairing on and bolt the tank down,any help will be most most appreciated,i'm new to bike fueling lol :oops:

The thick pipe is the main fuel line and goes on to the right hand spigot (large outlet as you look at it) on the tap. The vaccum line is just in front also to the right as you look at it, the vertical spigot is a drain dont connect the vaccuum pipe to this or you'll have no fuel. To check the diaphram tap is working just suck on the vaccuum pipe (dont worry you'll not get any fuel down it) The fuel will come out of the thicker spigot.

It the diapram is goosed (like mine was) you can get a replacement kit from NRP diaphrams in manchester quite cheaply

also go to http://www.akhara.com/nc30/fueltapmod/index.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
