One of the Nc30 i have is running mega rich at the momment. Its of to dyna pro this week as it need to be set spot on. Any way ive a problem at the momment with starting issues as the plugs a fouling up. if i put a new set in it starts up straight away. some times if i take them out an give them a clean it starts.

Any way which is the best way to give the plugs a good clean rather than keep buying new plugs ( by the way its had the bigger plugs fitted CR9EK Plugs).

I just want to get her running for Dynapro to get staright on sorting her out..... cheers

Try warming them up with a small blow torch, put flame onto the electrodes, then give them a wire brush. NC plugs are tiny tho so cleaning is real difficult!!

CR9EK'S!?

There 10mm plugs... and there also dual electrode, used in lots of Kawasakis.. I had some in the ZX4...

Has it been helicoiled out then as the standards are 8mm... Bigger plugs should be easier enough to clean.

I reccomend getting a new set and when you get to the dyno and they get it running roughly right put the new plugs in and tune from there.. the Iridium equalivanet (CR9EIX) are what I replaced my ZX4 ones with and they were only about £25 for a set of 4!

Well worth it, plus you'll have the benefit of fresh set of plugs :-)

Those should be CR9EIX's :)
